Spam Quarantine Report

by [Profile] | Wednesday, February 8th, 2012

Yesterday 7/2/2012 there was an issue with SOME spam reports.

You will know you have been effected by this issue when you attempt to release an email from the spam quarantine and receive an error saying the message is not found.

The issue is the reports are referencing the backup spam server not the primary spam server. This has occured as a result of a recent update of the software.

You can easily correct the issue by changing 1 number in the address bar of your browser.
replace: mx2
with: mx1
> Press enter and you will see the success notification you would have been expecting.

This issue is a once off and has been corrected. No messages were lost and there is no residual issues.

Also, you can generate a report for your email any time here: http://www.connectivityit.com.au/support/get-spamreport/
