Andrew Holliday

Hi, my name is Andrew Holliday a Connectivity IT support
technician. From a very early age, I have always had a great passion for
everything in the technology field. The more I was involved in technology the
more I grew to love it.

During my high school years, I took all the possible
computing classes I could. I eventually went on to do a certificate in IT
during my VCE which gave me a step towards steering my career down the IT path.

After completing my VCE in 2006, I was offered a position at
a local Internet Service Provider. To start with, my responsibility was in the
support area by taking support calls and e-mails. I eventually went on to
become the ADSL technician and took care of everything in that field with the
company. Wanting to learn more, I decided to pass my position on in late 2010
and pursue more opportunities that would both teach and challenge me.

After a brief time jumping around jobs I was offered a position here at
Connectivity IT. I am currently undertaking a Certificate IV in IT Networking
as well as becoming certified in many other areas.

I’m excited about what the future holds just not for myself,
but for this company. My goal is to use my skills and education to help
Connectivity IT grow into a leading organization within the IT field.
