Connectivity I.T. may collect your personal information in order to deliver our services to you effectively and efficiently. We may collect information like first and last names, email address and phone numbers for contact or addresses for service delivery. This information is collected as it is required for us to complete requests made of us by our clients. No excessive information is collected. We do not use this information for marketing purposes.

How Connectivity I.T. Uses Your Information

We collect and use your personal information to deliver our services to you. This will include provision to you of sales and technical support, billing and credit control, renewal notices, maintenance notices, system changes and other functions relevant to your services with us.

As an I.T. services provider we are committed to ensuring the protection of our customers information and will do so in compliance with the Australian privacy law.

Where Does Connectivity I.T. Store Personal Information

Any personal information that is collected for any purpose is done through either our service management software (Unite) or via Email (Exchange). In both these cases all data and backups are stored domestically in Australia on our own network with numerous layers of security for both physical protection and protection from electronic threat.
